"I found this in my mom's CD collection when I was twelve, no case, just the disc scratched up in a pile with other things she'd stopped needing. I didn't know what trip-hop was. I just knew the sound of it matched something I couldn't name yet. I've listened to it probably five hundred times since. Glory Box ends the album and I've never made it through without stopping whatever I'm doing and just standing there. Beth Gibbons sounds like she's singing from inside something she can't get out of. I've never met anyone who sounds more like how tinnitus feels."
