wilco and jeff tweedy's finest hour - their third/sister lovers, their pet sounds and their version of exile on main st all rolled into one classic album. atmospheric, fragmented pop songs about depression and insecurity that take on a cinematic quality - the bands have made other fine albums but none touched this woozy peak.
