what a story. first connected with this because of the musical, but now it’s really important to my sister and I. it’s powerful, real, brave, and it’s got a great swing to it. unbeatable!

this album has followed me around unwaveringly since my first listen. when the air gets crisp in october, i always think about listening to this album in the car, driving through the multicolored wisconsin forest to go for a hike with some friends. haven’t seen those friends in a while and I probably won’t, but that’s ok. it feels fresh to me. hayley williams always has my back

big wheel is the first samia song i ever heard. i was in the car on the way to my grandparent’s house. i was 16, i think. her clarity struck me. she’s a girl in a way i really understand. she has been with me for the past 8 years, through change and friends and love and breakups and loss and joy and fear. she’s raw in every way and so interesting. love her
